Loved reading this and am making a note to check out DTLA next time I get over there. It also made me laugh that you’ve never seen any celebrities - my first visit to LA was for three days and I saw three.
This is great. I’ve been in LA, on and off, since 1984. I think most LA neighborhoods have its gems, and well it’s blemishes. But isn’t that true of NY, and even Paris. La, if one needs reminding, is magical. You have to get out of the car, the makeshift convertible tourist van to experience it.
Great post, lovie! xx

Thanks for reading! Walking around DTLA and doing the historic theater movie palace tours is a must!
This is just beautiful!
Thank you so much for reading!
So many gems... thanks for introducing me to some of which I had NO CLUE! Grand Central Market looks killer.
I love this! I’ve never been to downtown LA but this sure did make me want to go.
DTLA is where it’s at, all the gorgeous architecture, the movie palaces, all of it. You gotta visit.
